Vanilla Bean with an already successful sandwich bar at 530 Collins Street decided to expand with a Restaurant bar in Exhibition Street Melbourne. Exposed to previous work at 530 Collins by studio t-bac, Vanilla Bean approached our studio to come up with a new design concept that would give them the right appeal in a busy competitive area.
